About Me

I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of patients throughout my career, listening to their stories, understanding their challenges, and helping each one overcome adversity to achieve their functional goals. Along the way, I’ve learned some things about human behavior: our habits, decisions, motivations, and constraints. What compels someone to act (or not) is often rooted in the psychology of incentives, particularly how they're created, changed, or removed. Whether applied at the individual, organizational, or system level, aligning these incentives at scale, empathizing with user experiences, and delivering meaningful health outcomes is what drives effective digital health strategy.

I’m an Occupational Therapist turned Clinical Informaticist with over a decade of experience across diverse healthcare settings. My clinical background spans orthopedics and neurological rehab, biomechanics, occupational health and ergonomics, clinical mentorship, and program development in both the US and Canada. I recently completed an Executive Master’s in Health Informatics, where I gained advanced training in leadership, project and product management, machine learning, and digital health strategy.

My guiding purpose has always been to empower people to lead healthier lives by advancing lifestyle wellness, disease prevention, and a more proactive, person-centered healthcare experience. Let's make intuitive, integrated, and thoughtfully-designed technologies be the driving force behind delivering these outcomes for our population.
